These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any products or services provided by CustomPackagingSleeves.com (“we,” “us,” “our”), including quotes, artwork review, proofing, printing, production, and shipping (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be able to form a legal contract to use our Services. If you create an account (where available), you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activities under your account.
2) Quotes, Pricing & Taxes
- Quotes are based on the specifications you provide (size, quantity, material, finish, printing coverage, etc.).
- Prices may change if specifications change or if submitted files require adjustments beyond normal pre-press checks.
- Taxes, duties, and import fees (if applicable) are not included unless stated. You are responsible for any such fees charged by authorities or carriers.
3) Custom / Made-to-Order Products
Most products sold through our Services are custom-made and printed to your specifications. Because each order is produced specifically for you:
- Orders are generally non-cancellable once production begins.
- Custom goods are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except as stated in Section 10.
4) Artwork, Files & Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, text, dimensions, and design files you provide are correct.
This includes (without limitation):
- Spelling, grammar, and content accuracy
- Correct dimensions, dielines, folds, and orientation
- Bleed, trim, safe zones, and image resolution
- Fonts embedded/outlined as required
- Correct color mode (typically CMYK) and Pantone/spot color instructions if required
We may provide guidelines, templates, or assistance, but final responsibility remains with you.
5) Proofing & Approval (Very Important)
Before production, we may provide a digital proof, dieline confirmation, mockup, or pre-press preview (“Proof”).
By approving a Proof, you confirm:
- The layout, text, artwork placement, and size are correct
- You authorize us to proceed to production
- You understand printed output may vary slightly from what you see on-screen
After Proof approval, changes may not be possible and errors discovered later may not qualify for a refund or remake if they were present in the approved Proof.
6) Color Variation & Production Tolerances
Printing and converting processes involve standard tolerances. By ordering, you acknowledge:
- On-screen colors vary by device and are not an exact representation of printed results
- Minor color shifts between batches/runs may occur
- Trimming, folding, scoring, and alignment may vary slightly within standard production tolerances
- Material texture and coating finish can affect perceived color and appearance
If you require strict color matching, request Pantone/spot color printing (if available) and/or physical sampling (if available) before large production runs.
7) Production Timelines
Production times are estimates and may vary based on:
- Order complexity and finishing
- Proof approval delays
- File issues requiring correction
- Material availability
- Carrier delays, peak seasons, customs, or weather events
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
8) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
- Shipping addresses must be accurate and complete.
- Title and risk of loss generally pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery confirmation (depending on carrier terms and local law).
- If a package shows “Delivered” but is missing, you must notify us promptly so we can assist with a carrier claim.
9) Cancellations & Modifications
- Before proof approval / before production: You may request changes or cancellation. We’ll try to accommodate when possible.
- After production begins: Orders are typically not cancellable. If a cancellation is approved as an exception, we may deduct incurred costs (design, setup, pre-press, materials, labor).
10) Returns, Refunds & Remakes
Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. In summary:
Custom printed items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins, except when:
- The product is defective, damaged in transit, or produced incorrectly compared to the approved Proof.
To report an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and issue.

11) Intellectual Property & License
- The Site content (text, images, design, branding) is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without written permission.
Your artwork: You retain ownership of your artwork. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it only to fulfill your order, provide proofs, and deliver the Services.
12) Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt Site operations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Provide content that is defamatory, abusive, or violates any laws
- Submit artwork you do not have the rights to use
