Frequently Asked Questions

What's the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 100 units on every sleeve style. There's no maximum - pricing improves at higher quantities.

How long does an order take?

Production takes 5–7 business days after you approve a digital proof, not from when you place the order. Delivery to your door then takes 4–5 days, so orders arrive in about 2 weeks from proof approval. Rush production is available for an added cost.

Do I need finished artwork to get a quote?

No. You can request a quote with just your product type, size, and quantity. Our team provides free dieline templates and basic design support once you're ready to move forward.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes - contact our team to request a physical sample kit of our standard materials and finishes before committing to a full order.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept press-ready PDF, AI, and EPS files. Our design team can help prepare artwork from other formats.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes, for US delivery - the prices you see already include shipping, so there are no separate shipping charges. If you're ordering from outside the US, contact us and we'll confirm delivery options and timing for your location in your quote.

Can I mix finishes, like foil stamping and embossing?

Yes - finishes can be combined on the same sleeve. Each finish adds its own per-unit cost, shown live in the price calculator.

What's the difference between a sleeve and a full box?

A sleeve is an open-ended wrap that goes around an existing tray, jar, or folded product, using less material and costing less than a full box with a separate lid and bottom. See our sleeves vs. boxes comparison for a full breakdown.

Can I order flat, pre-glued, or fully assembled sleeves?

Yes - choose Taped & Supplied Flat, Supplied Flat, No Tape, Taped & Assembled, or Peel & Seal Adhesive Strip when you request a quote or use the calculator. Peel & Seal adds a self-adhesive strip so you can close each sleeve by hand around your product without glue or tape. This is a packing/logistics choice and doesn't change the price.

How do I know which sleeve style I need?

Browse sleeve styles to compare structures, or tell us your product and packaging when you request a quote and our team will recommend one at no cost. Our sleeves vs. boxes comparison also covers when a sleeve makes sense over a full box.
