About flat wrappers
With no fold lines, one sheet suits products of different thickness. That makes it a good fit for soft items that change shape, like folded clothes, and for gifts you wrap by hand.
A flat wrapper is a single flat sheet with no fold lines. You wrap it around the product by hand and seal it with a sticker or tape. Because the sheet has no scored lines, it adapts to the product instead of forcing the product into a fixed shape.
That makes it a good fit for soft goods that change thickness, like folded t-shirts, socks and towels, and for books and gifts. Measure the product folded the way you will pack it, and add about an inch to the length so the ends overlap. Wrapping and sealing is done by you, which keeps the sleeve cheap to ship and flexible to use.

Frequently asked questions
What is a flat wrapper?
A flat wrapper is a single printed sheet with no fold lines. You wrap it around the product by hand and seal it with a sticker or tape. Because there are no scored lines, one sheet fits products of different thickness.
What is the difference between a flat wrapper and a belly band?
A belly band is a narrow strip that goes around the middle of a product. A flat wrapper is a larger sheet that wraps around most of it, so it covers more and has more room for print. Choose a band for a light touch and a wrapper for full coverage.
Can I use a flat wrapper for t-shirts and clothes?
Yes. Fold the garment the way you will pack it, wrap the sheet around it, and seal it with a sticker. Measure the folded item for the size, and add about an inch to the length so the ends overlap.
How do I close a flat wrapper?
With a round sticker over the overlap, or with tape. You can also add an adhesive strip to the sheet itself. Tell us your choice in the quote request.
What's the minimum order quantity for flat wrappers?
The minimum order is 100 units. Pricing improves at higher quantities, with per-unit cost dropping substantially by 1,000 and 5,000 units.
How much do custom flat wrappers cost?
Around $1.50 per unit at 100 units, dropping to around $0.36 at 5,000 units, for a single-color print on standard board before any finishes. Use the price calculator on this page for an estimate matched to your size, material, and finish.
What are flat wrappers typically used for?
Common uses include Folded t-shirts and apparel, Socks and towels, Books and gift sets. If your product doesn't fit one of these categories, our team can still recommend the right style for it.
Do you provide design or dieline support?
Yes - dieline templates and basic design support are included free with your order. You don't need finished artwork to request a quote.
