About tube sleeves
Wrapping a round container lets you buy one plain stock tube or jar for your whole range and brand each product with its own printed sleeve, instead of printing every container.
A tube sleeve is a wraparound sleeve for round packs such as jars, paper tubes, canisters, tins and bottles. It's cut to wrap around once and close with a small overlap, so it turns a stock container into a branded one without a new print run of the container itself.
It suits candles, cosmetics, food jars, tea and spice tins. Measure the distance around the container for the length and decide how tall you want the sleeve: a band around the middle or a wrap that covers most of the pack. A snug fit looks best, so send the container's size if you're unsure.

How to measure for tube sleeves
- Measure the distance around the container (or its diameter x 3.14) and add about 1/2 inch for the glued overlap.
- Measure the height of the straight section only, not a curved shoulder or the lid.

Frequently asked questions
What products suit a tube sleeve?
Candle jars, cosmetic jars, paper tubes, canisters, tins and bottles. Any round or cylindrical pack can wear a printed sleeve.
How do I size a sleeve for a jar?
Measure the distance around the jar (circumference) and the height you want covered. Add about 1/4 inch for the overlap. The calculator on this page takes length and height.
Can a sleeve cover just part of the jar?
Yes. A sleeve can be a short band around the middle or a taller wrap that covers most of the jar. Choose the height that suits your design.
Can I order tube sleeves for several jar sizes?
Yes. Request a quote with each size and we'll price them together so the quantity discount still applies.
What's the minimum order quantity for tube sleeves?
The minimum order is 100 units. Pricing improves at higher quantities, with per-unit cost dropping substantially by 1,000 and 5,000 units.
How much do custom tube sleeves cost?
Around $0.95 per unit at 100 units, dropping to around $0.24 at 5,000 units, for a single-color print on standard board before any finishes. Use the price calculator on this page for an estimate matched to your size, material, and finish.
What are tube sleeves typically used for?
Common uses include Paper tubes and canisters, Candle jars, Tea and coffee tins. If your product doesn't fit one of these categories, our team can still recommend the right style for it.
